If you see a credit card authorization failed message show "Your payment has been cancelled" or cannot pay successfully, please confirm the credit card informations you have inputted are all correct and try it again. If you still cannot pay successfully please try the following solutions:

You can use Visa and MasterCard in our store as long as they allow international purchases. Even if your card displays a Visa or MasterCard logo, it is possible that it's not approved by your bank or issuing financial institution to make an international purchase.

Solution 3: Contact your bank or financial institution
The store purchase might have failed for the following reasons:

The credit card was declined because of insufficient funds.
The credit card cannot accept online purchases.
The credit card company is intentionally preventing the card from being used.
Contact your credit card company or bank and make sure that the payment option that you??re using was activated, that it has available funds, and that the transaction is not being blocked for some reason.
If your bank or financial institution is not blocking the transaction, try the next solution.

If you still cannot pay successfully after checking above-mentioned solutions, please contact us. We will reply to you within 12 hours.
Notice: In some cases, there will be a currency conversion fee charged by bank or payment gateway. The total amount shown in the credit card bill may a little more than the total amount of your order.

Shipping Costs
